Trevor Theriault of Moray Dive Gear Inc. has very kindly agreed to provide Info on scuba diving with some product samples of their new divers communication torch - a two in one device that is an LED torch and an audiable warning device all in one.

Brief specifications are that it is a 150 lumen output LED source torch with a claimed burn time at full output of 8 hours, and useable light up to 20 hours from two "C" cell batteries.   It is watertight to 500ft (150M) and the warning rattle can be heard up to 100ft (30M) away.   We do not know the weight at the moment, but it is designed to be handheld with the lanyard supplied, or, can fit into a BCD pocket.

We are to be the first people in Europe to officially receive one, and we eagerly await their arrival in the post so that we can put the product to the test!
